Hour 3: The Democrats' Robert Hur Problem

Why did special counsel Robert Hur resign from the DOJ? And why did he do it ONE DAY before he's set to testify before the House Judiciary? (*Hint: Because as a private citizen, the DOJ cannot control his testimony.) This is the same DOJ, mind you, that has refused to hand over the transcripts or audio of Hur's sit-down with Joe Biden.
